A Gengraphics Wallbanger is a special cut out wall decal made from your favorite picture. Wallbangers are designed to last for years and are made with a special no wrinkle or rip premium material. The Gengraphics Wallbangers can be applied to many surfaces many times over. When removed the wallbanger will not damage the wall or paint.
Your Gengraphics order will typically ship in 7-10 business days. How will I know if my order is being processed? We will e-mail you when we receive your order and a second e-mail when it ships out.
Only JPEG format (*.jpg, *.jpeg) can be used. The standard format for digital cameras is JPEG.
We process images with file sizes up to 10 MB. If your images are larger, that is not a problem. Simply contact us to make arrangements.
All of our products are printed at the highest resolution for superior clarity. What resolution must my image have? The higher the resolution, the better the image quality. However, file size also increases at higher resolution. The minimum resolution for our products is 750x1250 pixels with a recommended 300dpi. This is only the minimum resolution required. If you are ordering larger format products we recommend higher resolution photos. Please remember, however, that the quality of a Gengraphics product is determined by the resolution, and we do not accept responsibility for complaints caused by insufficient resolution. If your photo is below our minimum requirement we will notify you and request another photo.
All ground shipping within the U.S. and Canada is $5.95 for Gengraphics posters and wallbangers. For orders outside the U.S. and Canada please contact customer service. We also offer 2nd Day shipping for a flat rate charge depending on the product category.
Most photographers' pictures are protected by copyright laws and cannot be reproduced without their written permission. Permission for using photos in this way must be obtained in advance. Gengraphics is not responsible for researching the copyrights of any photographs sent and will not be held legally responsible for any copyright infringement. Any photograph that has any markings showing copyright protection will not be reproduced unless a signed letter of release is sent to Gengraphics first.
Yes, all photos will be cropped, as needed, to fit your chosen layout. If there is any part of the photo that you do not want cropped please let us know.
If necessary we will crop your photo to fit the chosen layout, however we do not do any touch up work. Remember that the higher the photo quality the better your finished Gengraphics product will look.
Once your order is complete, Gengraphics reserves the right to use your image in any promotional or marketing materials. Any personal information, including address and contact information, will be removed. Customers can request that their orders not be used for any promotional purposes. Please let us know at the time of the order.
Due to the customized nature of all of our products we do not accept returns unless the product is somehow damaged during the shipping process. If your product has suffered shipping damages please notify us by email within 7 days of receipt. Gengraphics will respond with the necessary steps to have your product reprinted.
Simply email our customer support team and they will send you a partnership agreement. Return the partnership form with your leagues information and we will send you promotional materials to give to all of your athletes. All Gengraphics materials will have a promotional code assigned to your league prominently displayed. No purchase can be cancelled once the design of the product is complete. If the design work for the product has been completed, even if it has not yet printed, the order is final.
For team and sponsor logos we only support PDF or EPS files. We only use these file types because they render the best print quality.
